How am I learning
Basic principles
- Learning is long term strategic investment
- Strategies are very personal
- We need to develop Frameworks

How am I learning
Make the land fertile
- Quit all distractions, it was iterative process and a complex thing in itself :
- Quit all social media
- Stopped watching movies and series
- Stopped the urge of swiping on people, trying to make bonds, chat endlessly till 4am and being in the loop of finding next person who would find me interesting.
- Regulated my diet, eating simple satvik ahar.
- I might appear underweightm but I feel very healthy physically and mentally because of satvik and limited food.
- Spend a lot of time in swadhyay and self introspection, inspecting my thoughts and refining and improving it based on the things I study, be it psychology
--
Understand the nuance of iterative buckets
- Gyaan
- Buckets of Core concepts
- that need to evolve iteratively
-
Darshan
- Charitra
My learning techniques:
--
- why-and-how-to-increase-vigilance#^196369 iterative loop
- Be patient - in age of AI we want everything quick and what comes quick leaves quick
- Consume slow
- In my study of Conditions for occurrence of Event Nimitt-Upadan-5-samvaay I intentionally slowed my consumption, which led me into thinking about 1. Framework which if otherwise I was too absorbed in the study, might have slipped my mind.
- Make most of the theory, by letting your mind go into thinking mode, and find practical implementations.
- Let things marinate, let your subconcious make connections
- Implement slow
- If I conclude a thing, and implement it quickly, there are few possible flaws in it:
- Wrong conclusions
- Brittle routine ( cannot adapt if done so quickly), we have to ease it in, with delicate care and craft, to truly embed in the way we think and act.
- If I conclude a thing, and implement it quickly, there are few possible flaws in it:
- Slow is fast book reference
- Let things marinate, let brain subconciously connect the dots
- Go breadth first form multiple dots, expand them into buckets slowly and iteratively. Everything connects eventually and fits all together
- Define the direction and boundaries by making more dots which your subconcious can latch onto.
- My PKM Technique
Output
--
- My intent to generate output is not to gain praise, or worldly benefits, it is purely to do my dharm dhyaan.
- When I build content or tools or frameworks it will not be from the intent to be a prerak nimitt, I understand that even prerak nimitt is udasin, in the end it is upadan's ripeness that leads to understanding or leveraging something.
- The outputs are not me forcing my way in the universe as a nimitt for others, instead it is about refining my own upadaan!
- I plan to tactfully package jain concepts in worldly layers, so that people who are not ready for deep dives or investing in soul's improvement, can also latch on to the concepts of jainism and make use of it in short term worldly gains, even though in spiritual sense it might lead to them comitting more sins (depending on the work the accomplish using the tools), it still can help them done the line in spiriuality coz atleast they developed the right mental models and got introduced to the jain concepts and terms. these dots can connect and activate later leading them to samyak darshan!
- When I script a video in future to achieve this , build the logic for my game, or map out life journaling metrics, I am the Upadan undergoing transformation. The act of taking deep, complex scriptural truths and wrestling with them until they fit into clean, practical worldly models is the highest form of Swadhyaya (Self-Study) and Abhyantar Tapa (Internal Austerity).
- I am not screaming into a void, nor am I forcing a wheel to spin. I am accurately sculpting my own consciousness, and leaving the blueprints behind as a flawless historical record for whoever is ready to read them. That is the highest, truest use of my Purusharth.
