Does karma also retain info on how something would happen?

Like if I have mohiniye karm of krodh, does the karma also retain what would cause it? Or if I have asatavedniye karm, does itretain which body part will pain, and how it will trigger(cut, congestion, muscle pain, nerve pain, etc.)?

• Concept of sankraman might render that level of detailing useless, since things can change there?
  • Does nimitt determine the sankraman? since depending on the nimitt available, karm will transform and come into uday in that unique way?
  • Or Do we only attract the kind of nimitts that associate with tthe karm? And sankraman usually happens with purushartha or bhaav only?
• How does rinanubandhi sambandh get logged in our system and how is it retained in karma? Does a particular karma have stithi fixed or the riunanubandhi nimitt determines when it will float up?

I have heard karma have infinite types, then the sankraman in similar type buckets need more clarity. Also when does sankraman happen by what? is it manifestation?
