Learnings I would like to carry to my next birth if I die now.
Thinking about the concept of rebirth makes me super anxious and irritated.
Just think for once, if it does happen, then all the things we make and learn just goes away, and we have to start afresh ; will have to learn the alphabets again, study history and science with additional chapters, survive schooling, learn life lessons all over again.
The life lessons govern how we life cautiously and hence if (there are a lot of ifs) but if concept of rebirth is true and if we are allowed to carry forword our Lise lessons here's my list (will keep updating) :
1. Humans are shit !
This one alone covers a lot but mainly focusses on not trusting and staying away from humans as much as possible.
I am not saying there are no good ones, and I am not saying not to have friends, and I am not even saying not to go out or have fun with friends. All I am saying is not to depend on others.
Everyone has a price, a point and priority because of which none can be actually relied upon.
Humans are shit and hence you are on your own, play safe, play alone and keep watching your back.
(I have once talked about whom to love)
2. The grass might actually be greener on the other side but look out what made it greener:
The grass on the other side might actually be greener coz it gets better sunlight, thriving to be greener means combating and accepting the harsh sunlight on days and rain and storm on other days.
Maybe you don't see that being on the open ground adds lot of vulnerabilities, be it the risk of getting eaten up by animals or being stepped upon by others.
Switching position surely makes you see the pros and cons, but switching requires a lot of effort so think before you switch your situation just looking at the greeny-ness of the other side.
3. Don't have a single hobby, and if you do, don't make it your profession:
No matter what you are working on, if you are working for earning, there is gotta be competition and you have to stretch yourself time and again, be it deadlines set by others or goals set by yourself, you can't avoid being swamped and overburdened with work.
Hobbies at this point are the go to act for stress busting.
Don't make your hobby as your profession.
You have to keep things that makes you happy, things that keeps you going.
You are smart enough to learn a different thing to earn or develop a different hobby, but always have a hobby aside your work.
(I have written about "what keeps you going" will add the link when I publish it.)
4. World is not just about you, things might not go as planned:
You might assume yourself as the center of universe but they don't work for you!
No matter how hard you want something to happen, there will be setbacks.
Having backup plans are part of planning, assuming things to not go even if they surely seems to, is also part of planning.
Plan well and prepare for the worst coz humans are shit and universe ain't your caring grandma.
Universe and people are not gonna melt and make way for the disheartened you !
5. Live life like assuming that today is your last day :
This doesn't mean do what you feel like doing, take it up as avoiding procrastination, coz you can't get things done tomorrow.
Make sure if you die you die with content that you did what you had to !
6. Perception
It is not the eyes, it is the angle we see through.
Our approach towards anything is heavily governed by our presumptions, which in turn are heavily governed by our previous perception about things.
The thing with perception is that it is often affected by the mood or state of mind we are in, while we are thinking about a thing.
Hence perception based on presumptions should not be seeked and in order to see things clearly, one has to rise above his/her mood and hence see and respect the multiple angles a thing can offer.
(I have talked a lil bit about perception while I was talking about News)
7. Wordplay is tough, dialogues are like playing chess, but more complicated
Feelings and thoughts cannot transmitted directly to others, in order to communicate, we add a layer of language. This layer often make things vague and hence the sentences can be interpreted in a lot of ways and hence introduces ambiguity.
This property or as I must say feature of language although at first glance seems to be an inefficient system, but language can be mastered and this feature can be leveraged as well.
If you pay enough emphasis on the impact of what you're saying or writing, you can master language such that you can keep things crystal clear when needed and vague when required!
Wordplay is indeed a complex game, but it is something one must master to communicate accurately and play with it when required.
(I could post my chats to exemplify and elaborate my findings, but that would turn out to be a book, so I'll save it for my old days to work on!)
9. Laziness is not cool ! Validation by others is horseshit that you rub on your face ! (Literally shouting at this point)
Laziness today is openly accepted by teens and adults, so openly that they write it up in their bio and it almost seems like flaunting.
Again, Laziness is not cool !!
The mindset of teens might make you look cool, but think for once, is your life really all about looking "cool" ?
Do you seriously thrive on others' validation?
Thinking can't get things done, planning can be considered the first step but that isn't the only step.
At times you might spend a lot of time on thinking even for minimal things.
(Left incomplete, will complete if I stay alive)
